Freeport Street Parts Supply's Company Policies

General Policy

  • No Refund on electrical items, fuel related parts, carburetor kits, custom-mixed paint, open paint products, chemicals, tools, opened goods, installed parts or damaged goods.
  • All returns must be in original packaging and be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
  • No return or exchange after 30 days.
  • There will be a 15% restocking fee on all special order returns.
  • We make no warranties explicit or implied on any of our merchandise. Warranty may be claimed through the item's manufacture if it falls within their company's warranty specifications.
  • All returned checks are subject to a $30.00 fee in addition to the original check value.

Repair Shop Policy

  • All incoming repairs are subject to a $15.00 (plus tax) processing charge. The processing charge will be deducted from the total value of the repairs if the repair is approved by the customer.
  • The processing charge will not be refunded to the customer if:
    • The machine is not physically repairable
    • The customer chooses to not have the machine repaired
    • Work outside of the normal estimation process is required to create an estimate
    • The machine is abandoned by the customer
  • Estimates are available upon request
  • All items left 30 Days after notification (by phone, voicemail, or in person) that the work has been completed will be confiscated and sold to cover the cost of the repair. We make every effort to keep the customer informed of the status of their repair, but are not responsible for a lack of interest on the customer's part.
  • We Do Not warranty fuel related repairs
  • We do not honor manufacture's warranties
  • We do not warranty commericaly used equipment
  • We do warranty all other repairs, under the condition that the machine had been operated under normal operating conditions, and that nothing has been modified or altered since the time of repair.
